Welcome to QuickWave Buena Park Towing. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before requesting our towing or roadside assistance services.
Services Provided
We provide emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services throughout Buena Park, CA and surrounding areas. Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Service availability may vary based on weather conditions, equipment availability, and driver capacity.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. You are responsible for all charges incurred for services requested. Prices are provided as estimates and may vary based on actual conditions, distance, vehicle type, and complexity of service.
Additional charges may apply for services performed after hours, on holidays, or in hazardous conditions. If your vehicle requires special equipment or multiple attempts at recovery, additional fees will be discussed with you before proceeding with the work.
Your Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information about your location, vehicle type, and the nature of your problem when requesting service. You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing. QuickWave Buena Park Towing is not responsible for items left inside vehicles.
You must have legal ownership or authorization to request towing for the vehicle in question. We reserve the right to request proof of ownership or authorization before providing service. You agree to provide safe access to your vehicle and cooperate with our drivers during service delivery.
Liability and Insurance
QuickWave Buena Park Towing maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all towing operations. We take every precaution to handle your vehicle safely. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or damage resulting from the condition of your vehicle.
We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden defects, rust, or weakened components that fail during normal towing procedures. If your vehicle has existing damage, please inform our driver before service begins so it can be documented.
Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence during towing operations. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost wages, rental car expenses, or loss of use of your vehicle.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service request at any time before our driver arrives at your location without charge. If you cancel after our driver has been dispatched and is en route to your location, a cancellation fee may apply to cover fuel and time costs. If our driver arrives at your location and you decide not to proceed with service, you will be charged a service call fee.
Storage and Abandoned Vehicles
If your vehicle is towed to our facility or another location, you are responsible for retrieving it within a reasonable time. Storage fees may apply for vehicles left at our facility beyond the first 24 hours. You will be notified of applicable storage rates.
Vehicles left unclaimed for more than 30 days may be considered abandoned and subject to lien procedures in accordance with California state law. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before initiating lien processes.
Disputes and Resolution

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
